Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy At Sourdough University, each class requires advance preparation, including ingredient purchasing, class setup, materials preparation, and reserved seating. To honor the time and resources dedicated to each booking, all registrations are subject to the following policy: All class registrations and private sessions require full payment at the time of booking. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any class registration or private session. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled class may receive a class credit that can be applied toward a future class. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before class, including no-shows, are not eligible for refund or credit. Class credits are non-transferable, subject to class availability, and must be used within 90 days of the original class date or they will expire. We appreciate your understanding and your respect for the preparation that goes into creating each Sourdough University experience. We look forward to baking with you soon.
