From under-proofed dough to flat loaves, gummy crumb to weak oven spring, we’ll work through common mistakes and give you the confidence to consistently bake bread you’re proud of. 🥖 Ask questions 🥖 Get hands-on tips 🥖 Share your sourdough journey 🥖 Learn how to adjust for YOUR kitchen and starter Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding your bread back—and set you up for success with every bake.”

Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy At Sourdough University, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer a fair and flexible policy while honoring the preparation that goes into each class. All class registrations are $80 and require full payment at the time of booking. 50% of the registration fee ($40) is non-refundable. This covers class preparation, materials, and reserved spots. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the class will receive a 50% credit ($40) that can be applied toward a future class. Cancellations within 72 hours of the class, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to baking with you soon!
