Refund Policy

Sourdough University Cancellation Policy

Because each class requires advance preparation, ingredient purchasing, workspace staging, and reserved seating, all class bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

Group Classes (Sourdough 101, specialty classes, and workshops)

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before class may be transferred to another available class date.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Private Classes

• Private classes require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable, as class preparation, ingredients, and reserved time have already been committed.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Medical Emergencies / Unforeseen Circumstances
We understand emergencies happen. In certain situations, class credit or alternative accommodations may be offered at Sourdough University’s discretion.
